Captain questions

What are the car requirements?

A private car, model year 2010 or newer, with a valid licence. You pick its make, model and year from the list in the app, and enter the plate (3 Arabic letters and 4 digits).

Which documents do I upload?

At sign-up: a personal photo, your national ID (front and back), driving licence, car licence and a photo of the car. After 10 trips a criminal record certificate, and after 40 trips a drug test — all uploaded with the camera in the app.

How do I get paid?

Riders pay electronically before the trip. Your net (fare minus commission) goes into your piggy bank and is paid out on the regular schedule to your bank, mobile wallet or InstaPay.

What is a savings goal?

You choose what you are saving for (an instalment, a savings circle, school fees…), the amount, the date and a share of every trip. That share is locked until the date, and the reason stays on your home screen with words of encouragement. An emergency withdrawal is available once a month.

Do I have to drive full-time?

No. Set your regular trips (to work and back, for example) and destination mode brings you only requests on your route.
