Rider questions

Does the fare change after I book?

No. The fare is calculated and fixed before you book, and taken from your wallet when you request. If the ride is cancelled or nobody accepts, the money goes straight back to your wallet.

How do I top up my wallet?

From the Wallet screen with Visa or Mastercard. If your balance is short when you book, the app tops up just the difference and continues.

What is a captain "on your way"?

A captain who has set a destination toward yours. The request goes to them, and the fare is lower because they are going anyway.

Can I schedule a ride?

Yes — from 30 minutes up to 7 days ahead, and you can cancel for free before the pickup time.

Which car types are there?

Economy (no A/C), A/C, Scooter for one rider, and XL for up to 6 — each with its price shown before you book.
